Kestrel

I spotted this bird on top of a post but could only capture it with a long lens and then I had to crop the image.  I think it is a kestrel.  I tried to get closer but it immediately flew off. I was delayed at Citizens Advice by a couple of complicated cases and having to go through a few report feedbacks I had missed.  I seem to spent almost as much time writing reports and satisfying quality control targets as actually with clients.  I suppose it is the same in any organisation now but somehow I think something is being lost not gained.
