Walk to/from Work. No 9

This is a Yo bike which anyone can use if you have a £1 and a smart phone. It's a great idea, particularly because, originally, you could leave the bike wherever you wished (not in a special rack etc). Sadly, many have been vandalized and people have been keeping them in their houses or back gardens for their own personal use. The rules have now changed and sadly become more restrictive.
