Lunch Time

... under heavy skies. Eleven walkers showed up on a fairly miserable looking morning. As it was trying to rain when we met at the lake front we decided to walk from the cars towards Waterfall Creek and beyond if the rain held off. It did and we walked as far as the little beach under Ironside's Hill (never known what it is called). The round trip was approximately 12 km. We had a detour through the Kanuka forest on the way out , and, of course, coffee at EW on the way back.
