Punting Anyone?

This is the Canterbury Provincial Chambers building on Oxford Terrace in Christchurch after multiple earthquakes.
Of course it was a lovely old building and had a will to survive so the additions have been set up with a view to trying to save it. The building behind it was Clarendon Tower and The Bossess worked there with KPMG some years ago. It was a new building and one of The Bossess's jobs was to manage the fit out.
It is now nearly demolished. This is the story of Christchurch where the obviously damaged get demolished and the not so obvious get demolished too as they are equally dangerous.
There will be more than 1600 buildings to be demolished and 800 are down to date. Imagine this happening in your local small city and you will have a grasp on the Christchurch situation. The cranes are not there to put things up.
The sign out front invites a journey on the river in a punt.
The L key makes this worse
