Canadian adventure

Well it's nearly over. Tomorrow we move to a hotel for the night as Matthew has to go to Edmonton for the first day in his new role as an EMR. Once he has done the next part of his exam in October and passed it this time he will be a registered EMT. a years work then uni for the final paramedic part.
Today we had brunch on Princes Island in a very nice cafe. I haD pimms with ginger with poached eggs and bacon and honeyed potatoes. I don't normally have pimms for breakfast.
A walk around the island and you realise we are now in the middle of fall. The trees really shone and glittered in the sunlight .
This evening we met my other son and his partner for a meal which was unexpectedly pleasant .
The days are nice and warm but the evenings are are a bit chilly with minus temperatures at night
