Water of Leith

Another busy day!

I'm looking forward to Monday for a rest.

Farm shop, gardening, Edinburgh, ice hockey. Out about 9.30am and home eventually 9.30pm.

Caps lost again, 5-6 at home to Belfast this time. More concentration problems in defence. Well, the coach knows what needs to be done this week.

Islamov got Caps first goal, and a 10 minute misconduct penalty (abuse of an official). An eventful evening for him.

The Water of Leith flows though Edinburgh, passing very close to Murrayfield Ice Arena and the rugby stadium. They've been building some flood defences - quite impressive. The new walls on the left of the Blip are part of the scheme. I believe there's an otter living around that area.
