Sheltering

Started the day as a tourist at Durham Parkrun - very nice social bunch and pleasant run.
Then out for a delicious breakfast and a wander round Durham. The cricket started at 6.30pm and we spent the afternoon dodging rain showers, convinced the cricket wouldn't happen. But it did. We were well kitted out in warm clothes and waterproofs - whilst others seemed to think it was still summer. That's how it should have been. The match was quite exciting but it slipped away from within England's grasp. We left just before the end but knowing there was no chance of a win. Then a drive home - and warmed up on the car!
