Brand new day

Gone.... Gone are the sandpaper filled joints, gone are the aching bones and splitting head, gone is the lethargy and in their place.....TaDaaaaa! Effervescent old me! :)

With lungs clear and mind sparkling alight I flew along the empty streets, My God it felt good, faster and faster, pounding on the peddles like a war drum....well again...full on again...woooohoooo!

Not much time for stopping today, toooooo much fun to be had in 'the going'! With a glorious morning and all the colour around my heart was just singing! It is a shame that work will dominate my day but that is Okay... The way I feel today makes everything just peachy.
