There's no place like home

View from the approach to the village where I was brought up and where most of my family still live. I usually don't have time to stop, but this time I was on my own and the evening light was beautiful..

The village is in uproar as there are plans to build houses on the slope that runs down from the edge of the village to the loch. I understand the need for new housing, but not not here!
