Packing in the rain

It takes a couple of days to pack up properly for the autumn migration. Even though we are doing it in two steps this year (now in September, then back here and away again in November) it takes thought and planning.  It rained all day.  We went up to Sousceyrac to lodge a cheque and took a quick walk around; all closed up, no takers in the rain. N slow cooked pork shoulder with veggies and potatoes.  We had it with the last bottle of Chateau Lacroux, Vigne de Castellan 2011.
