Okay, so

played a 3 setter with Liz in Dublin Leagues against Cliodhna and Eileen from Castleknock Tennis Club. We lost narrowly in the third set - possibly because of my unfitness due to little spaghetti belly -(that's got to go rapido as they say in Italy).  The leagues are very competitive but sporting and fun.

I then headed down to Bray for a paddle before coming home to unpack and load up washing machine. I am preparing vegetable soup now for dinner with not a mention of spaghetti (oh how I love spaghetti)!!

Tomorrow back to work but have to attend mandatory training course for 2 days in Dublin.

So instead of a walk on the beach before work, I will be sitting in Dublin traffic and then the Powerpoint presentation, pie charts, stats ( I am feeling sleepy already)
