The name of the barbers shop is Safe Hands but the mural outside tends to make you think that may not always be the case. 

I'm sure if you ended up like this chap they probably wouldn't charge you for the haircut.

I was told the owners name is a Mr Sweeney Todd but I don't think I believe that bit.
