My morning constitutionals include more than just good physical exercise. My artist eye gets a good workout as well. The morning light affords me a study in contrasts, light and dark, hard and soft, focus and blur, near and far. I actually walked past this scene maybe a hundred steps or so, before I said to myself that this is the image I want today. Glad I went back, with a little post-processing the photograph morphed into how I had first envisioned it.
