The only pic I took today

Pulled pork: a good idea.
Pulled beef: surely just brisket?
Pulled salmon: a step too far.
Pulled aubergine: seriously?

I went for a run in the rain this morning. I probably would never have done that before Vyrnwy. The great thing about Sunday's race was that once you've run 13.1 miles in constant rain, you can pretty much do anything.

Food Club was back today, wooooo! The summer holidays have gifted our young people with braces on their teeth and make up on their faces. Please don't grow up.

Managed the third G&T in a row tonight, this time a double. I needed it to withstand Caty Grace's unholy farts.
