Incy-wincy spider? I think not!

A day of wild, squally showers interspersed with breezy bright sunshine. In a dry spell, I found this male spider (he has the blobby palps of a male spider clearly visible on the right as we look at him) - he was staying out of the bright sunshine, under a leaf overhanging my garden pond. I think he is another of the Metellina spiders that, previously, I couldn't identify to species. Still, very happy to have snapped him and his bristly legs. He hardly moved a leg as I moved my (relatively) enormous phone around him to find a clear shot.
