The Hazelnut Farmer
This morning we had a tour of the University of Gastronomic Sciences - wow, wow, wow, what a place. Their wine bank - through which we had a tasting was also pretty impressive.
Followed by a trip to Konstantine's hazelnut farm and an al fresco lunch and then a tour of the local hazelnut processing factory - super interesting. Then supper and a cheese tasting back at 'home' - a great day!
