Canadian adventure

Today was spent in downtown. We went to the stargazer exhibition which was part of beaker fest an engineering artwork installation . It was disappointing in that the video projection was not working but the story was good. It was a First Nation story of how the dipper constellation came into being . I think it was also thete creation story.
When we came out of The Core after lunch it was bitterly cold and the ground was wet. We walked to Eau Claire which essentially was an indoor mkt at one time but now it is craft and artisan stores. A short walk onto princes Island which is where the e trap was shot from. This year wS 150 years since CNada became a nation. Then we people watched until joined by christie and matt for dinner. A walk back to the underground car park past the Calgary tower.
It is now -1 tonight.
