Celebrating!

I believe this is my 1,095th blip.  I chose this shot because it symbolizes the four years I have actually been on Blip----but it took me almost a full year before I got up the nerve to submit my pictures.  I think I was afraid that Blip might be like another site I had joined where everyone seemed to be semi-professionals or actual professionals and they did not embrace those who were eager amateurs, just learning and content to stay that way. Blip hasn't been that way at all!  I've"met" so many people, from places I could never go,  seen so many wonderful glimpses into their lives and interests, felt affirmed by stars, hearts and comments, learned to try new things and techniques, shared faith and music and encouragement in difficult times---for all that and more, I thank you all---you bless me every day!
