Building Blocks
I’ve not done much today, this week to be honest. That frustrates me, I like to be busy, going places or doing stuff. Although without your health, a key building block, you ain’t going to be doing much. I wake up I’m tired, by mid-afternoon I’m tired again. Never have I wanted a hospital appointment more than now.
Strength training again this morning, once I get myself sorted I’m going to smash it.
