Old Mill Cottage

This is a view of the mill pond with its weeping willow. The Kale Water is between the pond and the trees. J came for lunch today and I then showed her round the cottage and the policies. We sat on a bench beside the river and were rewarded with a good view of a kingfisher a couple of minutes later - as well as a number of dippers flying to and fro.

This blip brings me up to date for the first time in about six weeks!
