View At Lunchtime

Out with coffee and lunch
Driven today as I hurt my foot yesterday and now can't drive
I spent 3 hours in casualty in a wheelchair and the radiologist and nurse practitioner were at odds one saying there was a broken bone the other that it didn't need plastering
So home with a compression bandage and strict guidelines
Keep it up for a week( above my waistline) and another week or two till its back up to par
All I know is it bloody hurts and I'm fed up ...
