Gathering

On our own farm for a change and the sun shone all day. All the ewes have had a mineral plus copper dose and refresh of their Keal  ( colour mark on their wool). Any thinner ones have been put to better grazing to help them put weight on. Alfie the Suffolk tup and Owen the llyen x cheviot tup have been brought in the shed for extra feeding and care. The weather has meant that they are getting thinner and we want them to be in prime condition for tupping in just over 6 weeks time!
