Magnolia

It was showery this morning and then it deteriorated  into a miserable wet afternoon. The wind was already blowing by the time I got up. Wind and flowers don't go well together when you are trying to get a blip.

The Magnolias are flowering profusely at the moment.   This one was being very secretive about its centre, allowing only a peek at the stamens hidden inside.
