Rain Party!

The rains came in the night and soaked us all day. The snow line is at 6000 feet now. Prayers answered....if it keeps up as predicted.....to smother the million fires in the Bitterroot and Selway wilderness. We've been breathing smoke since the 4th of July. Anyway, P & B threw a party in their fabulous home to celebrate. They built this huge house out of reclaimed timbers from 150 year old barns. On the way home through their property, we almost ran into the biggest bull moose I've ever seen. What good luck to spot that magnificent creature!
