Needles

After the fiasco with my local GP and nurse I decided to book an appointment and have my injections today at Superdrug health for my hepatitis A and tetanus/polio/diphtheria vaccinations (pic) for my holiday. The nurse was impressed with me as I watched the needle go in my arm. I was disapointed that I didn't get a polio capsual and a lump of sugar like when I was a kid.

I've done a fair bit of traveling but it's the first time I've been away where I've needed injections. My best mate ash who is comming with me is s**ting himself as he is scared of needles so I've been sending him pics of needles today.

I went to the gym again tonight and I'm going to treat myself to a glass of wine as I've been good all week.
