Had a lovely walk from Ashness Bridge towards Walla Crag today.  I always love this view of Derwent Water with Bassenthwaite at the rear and of course Skiddaw over on the right.  Bumped into Ed who did lots of work at the house earlier in the year, together with his lovely collie Jess, so good to catch up with him.
