Apple picking

The usual busy Thursday but at least the sun shone.
Before going home grandson went to pick some apples to take home, there are far more than we will eat (or even the blackbirds) even if they are quite small. A couple of branches are low so he could reach easily.
Short run in the park before the light went trying out a new backpack - comfortable. Haven't done any long runs this week as a bit of a cold, it doesn't seem to be coming to much and I hope that remains.
We have a duathlon on sat and are taking a few days off and will have no internet, so back in a few days.
