PHEASANT BERRY

Apparently that's another name for Leycesteria formosa, Himalayan honeysuckle, which is here in Mum's garden. I didn't realise until today that it has such pretty berries.

Astonishingly frustrating day waiting for Amazon's third attempt to deliver a package here. It's now 7.45 pm and they still haven't communicated. The last couple of days they've emailed to say they tried and failed to deliver, even though we were in, the front porch was open and nobody rang at all, so we suspect they're either not bothering or trying to deliver somewhere else altogether. Customer services are polite and apologetic, but there seems to be no way they can get in touch with the delivery people to ask them where the hell they are!

Anyway - this is taken with a new camera. Can't wait to get home and really get to grips with it.
