Except for the bbq (need a chain first so that no one just rolls away with it) which is still stored in the back balcony and an awning (the awning guy coming tomorrow morning to give us some options.

But I like this parking space / front yard. It's very Zen, easy to maintain and easy on the eye. And most of all PRACTICAL.
