Day 257/17. Jackdaw

Jackdaws are sociable birds and very smart. They are common throughout the UK and certainly around us here in the south. With some animals you can see the intelligence in their eyes.
Very common around us, and very tame, these birds are opportunistic thieves too. Take your eyes off any scraps of food and they are in.......
The RSPB estimate there are 1,400,000 breeding pairs in the UK.
