Quince

Once upon a time every farmer's wife would have a quince tree in the garden. Every autumn, she'd pick, wash and chop them, to use in jams and apple pies. She knew that quince have mega amounts of natural pectin to flavour and thicken.I make quince jelly with my quince. I am not a  farmer's wife; nor a good cook.
