An unbelievable sunset this evening over at my favorite park!!!  We had just arrived home and I took one look out the window and ran off, camera in hand.  When I saw these on the computer, I thought this one is particular looked like a hurricane!  It was SO beautiful.
There's a lot of debris (as reported by our friend Dave a couple days ago) around in the yard and on the porch in the back.  The pool has lots of leaves in the bottom, but as I said before, it can all be cleaned up.  We really lucked out.  No damage to the house and we have electricity.  About half the city is still without power.  Don't know if the fact that we have underground utilities makes a difference, who knows?  
I am thankful to be home, thankful our town was spared the devastation we see in many other parts of Florida (and let us not forget about Houston) and thankful for all the kindness people are sharing with one another.  :)
