Wednesday

The day started with the dentist, who at 8.15am were running late. I thought I had timed it perfectly so that I wouldn't have to wait more than a few minutes. So I sat for over 10mins getting more and more panicky.
She looked at all my teeth and declared I only have a small amount of enamel left on my teeth and that a few more were decayed. She rounded of my chipped tooth and gave me a scale and polish which I stopped several times due to the pain and my breathing. My teeth as so sensitive due to the lack of enamel. She has given me a name of a toothpaste to get that costs £11! I ended up not listening to what she said about the enamel due to my brain whirring.
Root canal begins in a few weeks time.

Car in for MOT which passed.

As I walked back to work from dropping car off I was aware that there were lots of autumnal colours around. Blip.

As our Child Protection came to an end tonight I wanted it not to be, as I would have to go home. It's bad when you want to stay at work over home.
