A plan!
Not very inspiring, but it should improve!!
I'm preparing for a U3A sewing day tomorrow. I bought sufficient materIal for a single quilt when we were in Alaska. It's autumn colours, greens, reddish brown and 'beige', some with animals, which sounds a bit drab, but I saw the materials made up and liked it. Big blocks in extras.
I don't have a pattern as such, but only this diagram that I've drawn out. I cut out the 12 big blocks today, they will be 9", when made up. The edging squares will be 3'' finished. That's tomorrow's job. I've got 12 different materials for that and the hardest bit will be working out what goes where!!!
I don't know why I make life difficult!! Why not buy a pattern and a kit, then follow the instructions? That would be way too easy and wouldn't be one of my "specials" !!!
