Snapped this when a street artist was performing using a pole to support himself while spinning. I am always amazed when I see differently abled people. I am struck by their skills, honed over many years and, no doubt, many failed attempts. How often do you fall before you hang up your pole? So it is with us, patience is a much sought after quality, short in supply, strong in demand. "Makrothumia", the Greek word ofetn translated "patience" in Chriatian writings, means "long tempered". Something I aspire to be - but so often fall short of, in reality. So, don't hang up your poles too early. Life is littered with falls and fails before you achieve some degree of maturity and even then, we are still learners.
