Visited Qing Ping Market in Guangzhou, famous for its Chinese medecine ingredients, including dried caterpillars, star fish and sea horses. Lots of herbs for teas, but so much we couldn't recognise. There were hundreds of stalls. I asked our guide which she would use, western or Chinese medecine. She said the former because it was much quicker..
