Wellington

Some time to kill between morning working and a meeting at 2pm. Aldershot not most exciting place to explore! Went for a look at the Wellington monument though strangely no actual proper path to it and more damage to good work shoes scrambling up the rough banking to it! Huge! Was originally situated at Hyde Park Corner but was considered an eyesore by Queen Victoria so once the Duke of Wellington died it was promptly disassembled and moved out of the way to Aldershot!!
