Elephant Rock & Meeting The Close Relative
The main blipfoto is of a rock the locals call 'Elephant Rock' as you should be able to see the head, eye and trunk of an elephant! It's a local landmark near Gorgos, Xabia (Spain).
Mrs BB cousin, whom she has not seen for about 30 years, has a villa in Playa Flamenca, near Torrevieja, about 40 minutes drive from Alicante Airport. As we had our friends, Kel and Mandy, arriving on the midnight flight from Bristol we decided to visit Mrs BB cousin late afternoon and spend the eveing with her and husband.
It was quite an emotional meeting; they grew up in Neath and went to school together as there is only 3 months in age between them. Mrs BB moved to Chepstow when she was about 10 yrs so they lost some contact pre internet/mobile days! The extra shows them Skyping Liz's mother in Neath for a chat!
We eventually got back to our villa about 1.45am with our friends. Another busy day!
