Global washing

I was on duty at the Village Cafe this morning. As usual on. Friday , it was buzzing with people enjoying the opportunity to meet and talk, while drinking coffee and buying fresh eggs, vegetables and cakes.
Later I hung out the tea towels we had used in the kitchen, and was amused by all the different places they came from. The Algarve, Dover Castle, Italy, New Zealand, and the New Forest!
Do people donate their holiday tea towels to the village hall, or were they unwanted gifts?!
