The Alexander Stadium

Managed a very slow-paced 10 miles to the Alexander Stadium and home. Mo Farah ran his final track race there last month. I struggled to find my inner Mo. For a few moments I considered living out the remainder of my life there in Perry Barr before I summoned up some movement in my legs towards the direction of home. This half marathon is going to be a real challenge but I guess that's the idea.
