When you're given a bag of chanterelles you have to do something a bit out of the ordinary. So, today's teatime Blip is chanterelles in a Dijon, sour cream & white wine sauce, with a good sprinkle of herb de provence. All served on a bed of pasta. Tasty? You betcha!!
