The calm before the storm....

A bit of a breeze this morning so sent one off to turn a field of straw to help it dry out.
Took the other to help me get a field of cows and calves in down the road . Carted them home to a shed where I will take the calves away from their mothers to wean them before the cows calve again soon.
By lunch time the clouds were starting to build so went away with the baler to make a start. Watched various heavy showers skirt round about all afternoon then the heavens opened about 5pm. Grand total-108 bales . Better than nothing I suppose.
