Rainbow over Mungrisdale.

This morning I needed to pop out to Birds Bistro for some food for the birds.  So I decided to make a small detour by the Eycott Hill Reserve.  Just as I pulled into the car park there was a bit of sun and a weak rainbow over the Mungrisdale valley.

When Clickychick got back after lunch we popped out to visit the open studios at Dalemain, part of the C-Art scheme.  While there I took the opportunity to get some shots of the Fallow Deer.  However the rainbow won on the grounds that the deer will be there any day unlike the rainbow.
