It's (literally) how I roll...

OK so I got fed up with flat tyres, and the long walk after forgetting a pump last week was the last straw. It was my luck to hail a prepared looking cyclist and ask for a pump, because I had remembered everything else and even installed a brand new inner tube.

He looked at me and mused "I don't carry any spares anymore because I use kevlar tyres".

Thanks for that.

Now I get to be just as smug a that guy....but I will not stop carrying spares just yet.
