Gingerbread anyone?

This house is gradually decaying, although it may take a while as it will be very soundly built (German engineering gets everywhere). To me it looks just like the gingerbread house in the fairytale, it just lacks the sweets and the witch, although gossip has it that one of the shopkeepers here is a witch, and according to no. 1 son most of the female teaching staff at his school also qualify for that honorific!
