Sunday Night Dwight

Dwight Yoakam live on stage!

Tonight we met some friends for a drink and then took in the Dwight Yoakam show at Arts Beats and Eats. It's been years since we saw him and while the band has changed the songs still sound the same....well, the ones we knew anyway. ;)  I really enjoyed the whole thing.  My wife was tired of standing and ready to go a little over halfway in.  Especially since our youngest was out with friends and wanted to go back to the house. (No boys at the house when we're not home!)  The show did not go late and we were able to let the kids come back to the house and swim for a while.  Win-win!  I only wish we'd have been a little closer to the stage for photos...

No work and more music tomorrow!
