Autumnal

It's not light till 6am now. The trees are losing leaves fast. The brambles / blackberries are ripening.

Daughter is shattered today after her run but had to get the boys to breakfast club and nursery before a day at work. However she is happy to have raised over £1000 for Coco which provides food and education for children in Africa with her effort in the Great North Run.

I did 14,000 steps on the moor with Chris who is going to Nepal before we get back from our trip. She isn't going to a high altitude but in order to at least see some mountains she is doing a trek to Poon Hill.
