Blueberry fool

Yesterday's soup was a bit of a disaster so today I made some blueberry muffins to try to regain my cooking confidence but sadly they had soggy bottoms. They were edible though and looked lovely. Important news is at last I am beginning to feel better, it's been a hell of a week.
