Felt awful this morning. That's what I get.

This afternoon with Mum was horrible. She kept forgetting words, and forgetting conversations we had had, repeating them again. She was aware of it and was a bit upset about it.
Shared this with Steven tonight, couldn't keep it to myself.

The sky was crazy today, this was after a big downpour and a rainbow which I failed to capture very well.

Another day off tomorrow and a psychiatrist appointment in the morning.
