MomFlu

Apparently man-flu is for real. But what about mom-flu? In my fantasy world, mom-flu is also validated. I would love, at the first sign of a sniffle, to park myself on the sofa -- remote in hand, some warm blankets, and a cup of steaming tea within easy reach. I would sleep all day. Undisturbed. I wouldn't care if the house went to hell in a handbasket. No one would ask me to do anything, someone else would take care of school drop-off and pick-up, and dinner would make itself. And did I mention that no one would want anything from me? All day? Yep -- I'll just dream on.
